Exciting News: Welcome to Our new Project Evaluator

We are thrilled to announce a significant new partnership for our major National Lottery Heritage Funded project. As we embark on this five-year journey, we are delighted to have recruited Osprey Delivers as our external Evaluator.

As part of the requirements for our large-scale National Lottery Heritage funding, we were tasked with employing the services of a highly experienced and independent evaluator. This role is crucial to the success of the project, providing an objective lens on our work and helping us to navigate the complexities of a long-term initiative.

Osprey Delivers, through the Lead Consultant, Graham Hackett, and Consultant Lisa Houghton, brings a wealth of expertise in external evaluation for heritage and community projects. His deep understanding of the sector and a proven track record of helping organisations deliver their goals made him the perfect fit for our team. Working closely with our team throughout the full five-year duration, the Evaluator will play a key role in helping us achieve our project outcomes and outputs. His involvement will be instrumental in measuring our progress, identifying areas of strength, and highlighting opportunities for improvement.

Crucially, Graham’s work will have a specific focus on identifying a clear and lasting legacy for this important site. This goes beyond simply delivering the planned activities; it’s about ensuring that the changes we make and the impact we create are meaningful and sustainable for future generations.
